      not sure how the experts take in account and adjust the amount of water we are lacking over the last few years but last I heard we are down 54" collectively.....wonder how many years go by before you start wiping that under the rug and start over again? its been so long since we had a "normal" rain fall year i'm not sure if i can even imagine a year where we get normal plus to make up the 54" but i sure would like to try it.....

            It's really bad that the 2 areas of the state where I spend most of my time seem like they are always in the red/maroon colors. And they are 300 miles apart!
