Whats broke ??? The top ? or do you need a new cylinder on bottom...or is there a rusted out pipe with holes in it,.....You might call a local water drilling company in your area. They might have someone....I think there was a company out of seguin or new braunfels that put them up......My mother n law used one out of Karnes City to work on theirs.....Andy
