    Game Camera Question

I have the Bushnell Trophy cameras. Overall I am very pleased with the battery life, picture quality, and they just work. However, sometimes I get these washed out pictures. I'm wondering if it is specific to Bushnell Cameras or all game cameras have this problem? I've mounted the camera at all angles to try to eliminate the problem with no luck. I'm also thinking that it's possible the sun is glaring off the feeder and causing this.

    Any thoughts?

Does this happen toward the end of battery life or is it random?

Noticed you said you tried all angles, but it looks like you are facing too much to the West if that is 7:42pm (East if AM), I run six BTC's and have had to play with them at certain locations to find the right spot.

I run three old Moultrie I40 and two new I60, I don't recommend the newer I60; but that's just my opinion. I have gotten washed out pics on both of them, and I have also placed them in a bad location and had pics washed out from the sun.

All the time regardless of battery life

The time is right and you are right. The camera is facing towards the west. This is a new setup, so I'll try moving the camera to see if that helps. I know last year on a different property I moved that camera like once a month and could never get it resolved. Sounds like other have the same problem and its more about camera angle than the camera itself.

Cameras in the northern hemisphere should be faced north for the most optimal pictures with out sun glare. Move the camera so that it is not looking into the sun at any time of the day and you will stop having that problem.
