By the way...for anyone who's a member out there like myself...who on earth put the dead goat next to the main gate?

A few more details.....Mike (WCB) and I will be running the shoot. The address for Elm Fork is 10751 Luna Rd, Dallas, 75220. To get to the Texans archery range, follow the sign for "shotgun/archery" when you come in off of Luna. Drive past the clubhouse/pro shop area and park in the lot behind those buildings. In fact park as far from the buildings as you can, which will put you closer to the archery range. Walk north along the golfcart path to the checkin area at the practice range. We will have free ice-cold bottled water available in coolers on the 3-D range.

We will have a 14-target course, deer-sized targets, 30 yards max distance, per the specs for Hagerman. We will have stakes for both compound and trad shooters on each lane. Rangefinders are legal to use on this too. Scoring will be IBO-style (10-8-5-0), and a score of 112 out of 140 (80%) will qualify you.

Holler if you have any questions!

                    Thx,
                    Bob Barnette

RGB and WCB, sent you an email today, may want to discuss it in the class. The Hagerman staff is looking for comments related to the Deer Hunt drawing process. I'll post an "official" thread in the Public Hunting Forum. You should also expect to get an email from Friends of Hagerman if your on the mailing list.
