Can anybody give me some pointers about Lake Benbrook? I am taking my grandson fishing on my little boat there tonight. Any help is appreciated!

Watch the trees, if catfishing the mouth of Richardson Slough is good. You can target some sandbass/hybrids on the humps out 70 or so yards from FW Christian Academy. You can also always troll the dam. The water intake by the dam usually has some fish hanging out. There's also a bunch of brush right at the end of the Longhorn boat ramp in about 17 feet. When we were kids and out fishing with our dad on the boat he told my younger brother to throw the line in the water (my fishing pole). Well he threw the whole rod in the lake. Im sure its still down there some where and I would like it back....Comment
