                Nothing to it. The snow crabs are blanched, which is nearly cooked. You will need a LARGE foil pan.

                Put the water and vinegar in the pan. Add a layer of crabs and apply a light coat of seasoning. Repeat that process until out of crabs. Place pats of butter randomly, give liberal coat of seasoning. Cover with foil, put in 350degree oven for 45 minutes. Bon apetite

                    An old Creole lady told me it helps separate the meat from the shell. Anytime I've ever "steamed" seafood since then I've added the vinegar and never had a problem shelling crabs
