Ran across this on eBay.....

Huge 190" Real Whitetail Deer Mount 21 point for $649!!!


It makes me curious what the story is that somebody was happy enough to get it mounted but then let their prize 190" go. Control freak wife? Fell upon hard times? Stolen at some point in time? Its also ironic that people pay upwards of $10,000+ to shoot a deer like that & it's for sale mounted for $649. It really represents the experience that hunting provides & how invaluable it is....

I can imagine a lot of other reasons that a real mount might be sold. When I die, what will happen to my mounts? They are beautiful but really only mean something to me

Even sheds should go for more than that. Could be that the horrible taxi job is bringing the cost down.
