The other day by back went out on me. Today I thought it was getting better until while taking a shower this evening it felt like a bomb went off in my lower back and I lay on the bathroom floor for about 45 min having massive spazms in my back. The worst part is that my boss dont care. He just wants me at work. And to top it off. No vacation time, insurance or anything and already struggling to pay bills. What next!!??

Went to the doc. They said I really did a number on it. Out of work at least through monday.Comment

So, you were at work when this happened? If so, I would think workman's comp should cover the medical and time off.
I hope you get to feeling better soon. Keep your back straight, lift with your legs. Put a small pillow under your back when you sleep and while sitting.Comment

Was not at work. Saw the doc today. Shock therapy,ice theropy and adjustment. Go back monday for therapy and go from there. Just sucks I cant shoot. Thanks for the prayers guys. And to top it off my boss being mad I was not there is holding my paycheck till monday. So no money to get my girls fireworks to celebrate at all. We will make it though. Think I have a small stash of fireworks from last year I hope.Comment
