Ok here is the story.. I recently have been getting my bow out to do some practicing and I took it to a bow shop to have some arrows weighed, my poundage checked, and my arrows chronoed. Well after checking the poundage, I found that I was only pulling~68# when I should be pulling 70. Here is where my thinking stops and I have the guys at the shop put some twists in my string to cinch up the poundage. I normally live by the old adage, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it," but that went out the window along with my shot group... I forgot that if you mess with one thing on your bow, everything else changes.. and boy did it.. now my peep is twisting on me after every shot and it is getting annoying.. so my question to y'all is, how do I fix it? Should I get new strings or should I take it back and have them "untwist" my old ones, I don't know.. thanks in advance with any advice!
