    Rinehart vs. Spyder Web Targets

I am in the market for a new target and after spme research I have narrowed it down to these two so which one is better. I understand that you can only shoot field points into the spyder web target, but I don't need to shoot broad heads into a target so that isn't an issue.

Not sure which Reinhart target you are talking about, but the last one I shot was a real pain to pull the arrows out of. The spider web was real easy to pull them out of.

    Hope that helps.

I heard the rinehart targets were hard to get arrows out of to.

I had the spider web and really liked it at first. My 3 yr old daughter could pull the arrows out if that tells ya anything. After a year I started getting pass throughs, the interior of the target didn't hold up. I would put the target in my shop after each shoot to keep out of the weather so I know that wasn't the problem. I would recommend it but not sure it's worth the price. If I don't get at least 2-3 years out of a target then I'm not happy with it.

Rinehart is the best out there if you will be using Broadheads ... At first it is a little hard to get target points out but it is the best target out there hands down.

I shoot a lot and have put 1000s of arrows into my Spyder Web with no issues at all. I have the 30" model with the anti-kick panel and will buy another when this one wears out.

I am getting an 18-1. I have blown through three targets since Feb. I need something that will hold up to shooting every day.

What targets have you gone through?

Id say the Spyder Web or a similar target like a Bulldog target is best for what you are needing. A buddy of mine has a 3'x3' bulldog and him and his wife shoot hundreds of arrows each week year round for competition archery practice and after 3-4 years its still holding up. Not trying to pull you away from the Spyder. Im just stating that those type of targets do work.

I own a BLOB. Stops thousands of arrows, broadheads or field tips.

I have both and prefer the 18-1. It was easy to pull the arrows out of the spyder up to a point, but my arrows would hang up at the insert.

Rinehart hands down....if you are having a hard time pulling arrows at first, rub a bar of soap on the first couple inches of your arrow, it'll help and its much cheaper than arrow lube

Would I have to rub soap on it after every shot

I only have experience with rinehart, so I can't give educated thoughts on the spyder web. However, the rinehart is by far the best target I've ever owned. From the sounds of things you'll be happy either way.
