Tree identification help

Does anybody know what kind of tree this is? I've seen a bunch of them around and they're dropping these yellow nuts (kinda look like pecans when you crack them open). I was thinking hickory but can't find anything online that seems definitive.

Notice the bark on the tree, it has a "woven" look to it.
