Was at my local ford dealer and saw this pickup out back. Looks like a military vehicle of some sort. Anyone have any info on it?

Saw a couple like that out at Lockheed Martin in Ft Worth when we were roofing one of the hangars. Never saw one in action but I think they pull the planes around with them.
