Prayer request for my Grandma

My Grandma of 85 years fell sometime back and had to have surgery. She never fully recovered from the accident and surgery, although at times things seemed hopeful. We were devastated when the rehabilitation place she was at told us there was nothing they could do but that we should contact hospice. She has been at her home surrounded by her/my family for weeks. I thank God for allowing my Grandma to live a long life. Her time is rapidly approaching so I ask all my brothers and sisters to say a prayer for her. It won't be much longer before she goes to be with our Lord. Thank you.
