Does anyone know of Grey feathers
Have any one ever been on or hunted with Gray Feathers Dove Lease in the Richmond/Rosenburg area of FT.Bend County.Any information would be appreciated.

I wouldn't give them another dollar of mine. I was on it last year and for the entire season I only killed 3 dove. Another friend of mine only killed 1 the entire season and come to find out the owners (I believe their names are Jeff and Chuck) they would limit out every weekend it seemed. Reason why is that they had their honey hole that they refused to tell anybody else about but they would bring their friends to have an amazing hunt while everybody else that payed good money to hunt only shot 2 birds. I know nobody ever wants to give their honey hole up, but if I'm running a business and I know that my customers aren't harvesting anything but I'm slaughtering them, I would pass the information along to try and bring them back next year. In all I wasn't too impressed with how it was ran and the quality of the hunting. I actually had more luck hunting public fields.

I have hunted that lease 2 seasons. It always starts off hot but numbers go down (like any dove lease). For $150 and plenty of land close to home (katy), I would sign up again.Comment
