The first picture is the sky I woke up to, on my first mule deer hunt. Hunting mule deer has been a life long dream, finally got to go two years ago. Got a buck on the second day, of that first trip.

Fresh AHI Burgers - Nothing Asian in the Gulf of Mexico, so here's my take on it

Finely shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, chopped red onion, Rice Wine vinegar, sliced jalapenos, Cholula Chipotle hot sauce & Honey. The AHI Burger topper.



Fresh AHI Steaks seared with olive oil and seasoned with fresh ground Sea Salt and Cracked black pepper - 1 minute per side



Mayo and Chipotle blend with fresh sliced avocado seasoned with fresh ground Sea Salt and Cracked black pepper. Placed on a toasted bun - inside soft and outside toasted for a crunch. The inside, absorbs the juices left soft.
