    Window based smart phones?

Does anybody have the new window based smart phones and use AT&T with it? How do you like it?

Time to upgrade from my iPhone 4 and want to look at other options before jumping into a iPhone 5.

    What does the GS say?

    Thanks

Im very partial to Droid based phones. I have the galaxy s4 and love it. Wifa has the iphone5. She wishes she went droid: she's had both. We have noticed the Droid is faster, better camera, more features, larger screen. Hers is more reliable, user friendly...... "sexy"

Never played with the windows phone though. ive always wondered too. Looks like a combo of both

I've been using one since the mango 7.5 version was available and upgraded to win8 phone as soon as the Nokia Lumia came out. I like it and would definitely pick it over the iphone. My wife just got a galaxy s3 and I'll take the Lumia over it too

My work phone is Windows based and the only thing I like about it is the fact that it fit nicely in a cupholder after I forwarded it to my Galaxy. I keep hoping it will mysteriously disappear but it's still there every morning.

I have nothing good to say about the windows phone i have... It is a back up to my iPhone. When we go fishing or on the lake... And I know I won't be texting, using the Internet, or making out bound calls. Ill throw my SIM card in it. I don't mind loosing it.

I have Samsung windows based phone and I really like it. It is very easy for me to use. Most people that use Ipones don't like the windows phones. I think it is what you are use to using.

You definitely need to get used to it to like it. Not only that most only use their phone for calls, text, camera, Internet, and games. If that's all you need any phone will work so then it's what you're used to. If all you want is a collection of apps apple/android work fine. If you want the live tiles, productivity tools like office, or use smart glass technology for controlling you Xbox, then win phones are the way to go. For productivity, I've been known to upload a word doc and a PowerPoint deck to skydive then work on them while camping. They had to be finished by Monday so my choice was at camp ground or stay home that weekend. With the phone as a good alternative, I was able to do both.

I have had the Windows phone since it came out, and currently have the htc 8X. I like the windows phone but some of the apps for droid and apple don't become available until later on

Between work and family, I have an iPhone, droid and windows 8 phone. IMO, there is good and not so good things about them all. Having supported and used all of them now, I still like the iPhone best. I think it functions better overall. However, the Droids have the nicest screen.
