Well we found a new house that momma and the kiddos fell in love with,it's quite a bit bigger than ours now.I like the fact that there is 400 acres of solid oak trees out the back door that an older man owns and does nothing with it
I am gonna meet him as soon as we get moved into here and see about getting Cade his own "backyard" deer lease
WE signed the contract on this new place 3 weeks ago (pending ours' selling),and we just got some remodelling done on ours and put it on the market this tuesday,and the VERY 1st lookers made an offer that was close to what we wanted at 2:30 on wednesday! We countered the offer and they accepted,so if all goes well- we should be moving into the new place by July 31st!

And here is the view out the back door! Get moved in the end of july,and get some stands hung at the edge of backyard,and maybe even put ole' Cade up a lil' corn feeder to draw 'em in and start checkin' the trail cameras!

Looks good! I recently went from home owner to real estate investor myself! Bought new house and haven't sold old house.
