    Can you ID this?????

I cant figure out what this structure is used for.... Its over 100' tall and has a huge winch crane on the horizontial beam. It is located next to a plant that makes highline towers on the east side of Alvarado.

I think those are used for testing high line towers for structural integrity. There's a similar set up near Haslet and years ago my dad told me that is what they where used for.

This. Each tower is erected at that site before being disassembled and sent to the field. You wouldn't want to be at a tower site 1200 miles from the shop and find out tab A doesn't fit into slot B.
