Put it in a walk in freezer and let it sit over night in that position.

Put it in a walk in cooler over night. We use a combination of buckets, sticks, and rope to get it to set like you want it. If its real cold outside, you can do this outside also.

Alright, some of ya'll are close, some not even close. The guys knees are touchin the deer so he's not that FAR back and the camera probably isnt lying as bad as you think. I dont have the sheet of all the measurements (it was turned into TPW for MLDP) and the copy is at the ranch but the deer scored 165 and some change, nearly 166. Pretty impressive for an main frame 8.
