Questions for Disabled Vets with MS

I am a currently disabled vet and recently learned that, if you have an Honorable Discharge, which I do, had MS symptoms that started within 7 years fro discharge date, which I do, and have a MS diagnosis, which I also do, the VA, through their studies, have concluded it could be counted as service connected since most small symptoms manifest themselves 7 years or more before an actual diagnosis is made. I was able to file this new claim over the phone since I already have the one open claim. They offer upgrades to percentages, lot's of extra benefits, and other stuff too. Has anyone gone this route before and can let me knownwhat to expect, other than a long wait for review and paperwork?
