Make sure those kiddos wear their helmets!

I'm against government regulations, but CA passed a law requiring children under 18 to wear safety helmets while bicycling, which they believe has reduced hear injuries.

My room mate in college had a motorcycle, and while we were both 'poor' students, he had 2 expensive helmets. When I asked him about it, John said, "If you have a ten dollar head, buy a ten dollar helmet".

My prayers are sent for Kim's being OK in the hospital.

Kim is still in the hopspital and vomited when she tried to sit up yesterday. I spoke with her on the phone and she had a bit of a morphine slur. At least she is comfortable for now.

Still unsure about what tomorrow will bring. Hopefully she can go home soon.

When I was in the 8th grade.....I wrecked my bike and broke my neck. It werent no fun at all!

If the kids say helmets arent cool......spend the xtra jack for a cool helmet.
