What's the best way to attract a hog with out a feeder I'm coverd up with deer at my knew lease I'm hunting in hardwoods scared to but up a feeder because the hogs will over power the deer and push them off the property needing a idea to bring the hogs out of the hardwoods to kill them don't want to over pressure my lease its small 100 acres! Looking to bring them out to the driveway pretty much to stick em!

Hogs anywhere on your 100 acres will jack up the deer I bet. Them suckers get around...and if you feed them, they won't go far between meals.

Go to ur nearest buffet and talk to a manager/owner and ask for there left over scrapes at the end of the pick that you could pick up the next morning, in return for there donation of scrapes you give them a cut of the meat u harvest or take them hunting occasionally.... The pigs around here enjoy pizza buffet scraps.Comment

Your best bet to keep your deer moving is set up a trap and get them the heck away. Don't start feeding them. They tend to act like stray cats and will not leave!

If you want to attract just hogs I would soak your corn in diesel. The deer usually leave it alone and the hogs love it.Comment

Ol Roy dog food from Walmart. That stuff is nasty. I'd never feed it to my dog. But it stinks to high heaven as my grandmother would say. If you've got pigs in the area, they will come running when they get a wiff of it. For chumming an area that you're going to hunt, it's great stuff.
