Well, after 30 years in Houston I have returned to my home town of Orange,Texas. I was never really gone, as my dad and other family members, plus friends live in the area. It's been a constant trek back and forth, and on up to the piney woods, for a long time.
I am in the process of finding a buyer for my old house in Houston, and I can then give a lot of this traveling a permanent rest, except to the woods.
Aside from that, finding employment is at the top of the list of of things to do. I am an electronic technician with 30 years of experience, troubleshooting to component level. Also spent the last 15 years in Home automation and lighting control, plus Custom Audio Video systems. But its a small market for systems like that, and I may have to switch fields.
If anyone has any ideas or recommendations, please let me know.
