Almost impossible to tell from that picture. If I had to guess, I would say 4.5 just because it is a safer bet.

Like its been said. Hard to tell from that one pic. I am no expert but you can't just judge a deer accurately based on neck, face, belly, back, and muscle. Seeing the deer walking around is another part. How they walk can be a big factor. Standing its hard to tell a bucks posture. Walking tells a different story. But pictures are a good place to start.
