Yea, I'm thinkin the Bobsalsa was the culprit that gave me the midnight trots at the Ink' lake get together. Thank God I chose the cabin right across from the facilities.

Finished up last night wrapped in foil placed in ice chest covered with towel and let briskets finish cooking all night. Got them out this morning and they are piping hot, did one with mustard and one without. The one with mustard is more tinder and juicy than the one without. Both have a great flavor. I will use mustard from now on when cooking brisket and ribs.

It is a shame to spend $25 or more on a briskett then screw it up with $2 worth of mustard.
