Ever run over a cowbird while shreading?

Not with shredder but did once with a plow.

They're kind of the opposite of squirrels on the road. I assume a cowbird will always make it out of danger in time while a squirrel will run from fifty yards away right under my truck tire.

My buddies family always took turns shredding and shooting. They didn't trust me shredding so I was always a gunner. Fun times...

Never cowbirds but hitting a deer with a disc mower will sure make a mess.

Never with a shredder, but seen a many go thru a corn header when the stalk comes down and they get trapped!

last year my dad came within a few feet of hitting a fawn. Just happened to see him.

FYI cowbirds are those small black birds with brown on their head. Cattle egrets are the bit white birds that flock in droves when shredding or cutting hay
