OK so im ready to take the plunge into the darkside LOL and looking for recommendations on a good beginner bow. Im sure yall have heard this a million times but i need something that will fit my needs for size and experience. In not a big feller 5'4 135lbish. Ive been looking online and have read reviews on the Infinite Edge for about 350.00. While im kinda a cheapo Im ok with buying a mid range priced bow but not a really expensive one as I still have other rifle projects going at the same time and im not putting the boomsticks down either. Im ready for a new challenge. Here is the Infinite edge from Amazon with price. Whats the GS have to say?? Thanks in advance!

On the right hand side there is a help section that has a TON of information on choosing a bow and arrows. Almost as good as the info you can find on the Green Screen. They also have a lot of package deals that include bow, sight, rest, stab, sling, broadheads, case, quiver, arrows the whole nine yards and won't break the bank. They will also work with you on the phone to make sure you get set up right.
2 pennies.

most bows bought off the internet are not covered under warranty,,, do so at your own risk.... if you get a bad bow or misslead how will you return the bow?
and for the price difference you will get a lot better deal from a pro shop, which would probably include setting the bow up correctly, instruction, and fitting the bow to you along with knowledge of the correct arrows, vanes tips, broadheads, releases, and possible some range time..... and pro shops exclude most cabelas bass pro and academy stores...

I just started shooting in March of this year, and bought from West Houston Archery. I highly recommend buying from a pro shop. I've been back several times for advice, tuning, etc... and they have always been happy to help me. I think Santa Fe Archery is close to you, and I've heard good things about them. They post lots of good videos for newbs on YouTube too.
