Your truly was sworn in for my 3rd Term as Sergent- At- Arms of the American Legion Post # 583 of Center Point TX


The American Legion is very supportive of Operation Bows & Heroes and provides motor transportation to and from the hospital for wounded heroes.

The American Legion is a group of vets mostly older guys who help other Vtererns o the wras, the sick the ill the lost the homelss etc.

we provide Honor Guards for funerals

the SGT At Arms is in charge of the Honor guards

We fire three volleys of rifle fire (blanls) over the fallen soldiers graves.

We help the community, help vets that have problems with VA & Widows with death benefits.

we try to serve our country for a secodn time
