Nice. I work for the state so we have been in a "budget crisis" for years. I brought it up the other day and it got laughed off. Six years and nobody in our area EXCEPT the bosses have gotten raises.

This , not the state but I have been with this same outfit for going on 20 yrs and no one has gotten a pay increase in 6 yrs not even the bosses

My wife and I get a raise after next week. Last day of child care. At least to a child care provider, I'm sure it will find it's way to something else.
