Don't see many if any good comments about Hackberry trees. I had one that I hated. Roots all over the top of the ground and never knew when it might blow down. It was an old tree, tall and 12' in circumference. Finally the ice storm in winter of 2000-2001 broke limbs as big as a lot of tree trunks.
Then the work began....
I have a big one the back yard. It's positioned that if it fell, it could take out my house or one or two neighbors' houses...just depending on the direction.

Not really sure how close your neighbors are to you,but regardless that's a very large tree.I'll snap a pic of the biggest hackberry I've ever seen... Midlothian,Tx in the next day or two.Heard a crashing, snapping, popping sound Almost 11 years ago at Getzendainer park in Waxahachie. It was another "Hack weed" that fell over with nothing more than being hit with 30-40 mph south winds...It was about 15" in dia....Very healthy looking as well.

Our lots are small and it's in the back near an alley. Any direction it wants to fall it's gona catch some roof. Definitely not as big as the one you posted. Looks healthy, but sounds like that doesn't matter. Sometimes being a homeowner stinks
