    Drop Zone Problem

My trophy ridge drop zone arrow rest started making a spring creeking noise (spring under tension noise) when I draw.
Has anyone experienced this or know how to eliminate it.
If I pull the string by hand it doesn't make this noise.

I have had the same thing come up. The noise wasn't much but definitely enough to alert a deer on a still day. I just broke mine down and cleaned it real good. It had lots of dirt and dust. You might get one of those air cans and just blow it our real good. The other option might be some silicone spray or WD 40 I guess. Not sure if either would have a negative effect on the rest though.

Yep, you have to keep those suckers clean. It almost cost me my avatar buck when it was dirty enough to not drop. carrying it around in the Ranger when it's that dry and dusty can be a problem. I bet that's your situation. I'd suggest a good cleaning.

        I'll give it a try.
        Thanks for the info!

Arguably one of the best arrows rest made . If you take yours apart and find one of the black sleeves ribbed or bend replace it . Escalade ( Bear Archery ) bought Trophy Ridge out last year . You can get a rebuild kit for around $10 . Worth every cent .
