    Another Bad Addiction

I went on my first kayak trip this weekend adn it was a short one- got to Seadrift about 330 pm on Saturday and fished Shoalwater and I caught 4 trout and 2 flatfish and my partner had 5 trout by 630pm. Sorry no pics- Sunday morning went into Shoalwater and picked up two good stringers of trout and flatfish. Had a blast and my first time fishing out of a kayak and wont be my last- I picked up my new Fish and Dive on the way fishing. Here is a pic of my fishing partner and my stringer sitting on my new toy.

Nice strings. Suprised there weren't any redfish mixed in with the flounder. Great day anyway.

Ricky- it was a strange trip- only fished two half days and never caught a keeper red adn only about 4 rat reds. We went after reds boths days and the first day found trout on a incoming tide and couldn't leave em and on the second day found flounder on a falling tide and Ive never turned away flatfish. No reds but Ill be back in a few weeks and try them again. It was nicve to be fishing within 15 minutes of pulling up instead of still messing with the boat at the ramp. Got done - loaded and left in less than 5 minutes.
