I know Maurice chambers personally he is a stand up guy and one helluva cowboy, we sold him one of our mares and his grandson has used her to bulldog and has done well. The hunting is phenomenal with plenty of game and shots. Ask Maurice about Joey and eloy perez friends with charlie black that sold him cricket and hell know who were talkin about!! Good luck amigo!

He has another place in del rio that is fantastic as well. Lots of oaks on it.
