Snake Identification

My neighbor stepped out the front door last night and found this 9' snake in his front yard. I know its a Boa or Python but does anyone know the species?

Not positive but looks like a python to me..

Looks like a Reticulated Python and they can get much bigger. 12 gauge to the head.
