Is there a easy way to retrieve deleted text on a IPhone 4? No not wife's, teenagers

Short answer no, depending on the carrier you might be able to retrieve them through the company. I know ATT used to be able to, but not sure any more. Sprint needs a court order, but even though I don't believe in this kinda thing there is a ghost program you can run on your kids phone, computer, etc. that tracks every little thing they do. My boss used to have it on his kids phones and computers, I think they payed like $100 for up to nine devices.

Look up a I phone repair guy. I had an IT guy give me his card and in it said cracked screens deleted data/deleted text messages. If you google it there is a way to get the phone and restore some deleted data from the last sync.

I would think if you did a backup from a previous sync it would.
