anybody have a suggestion to remove ball joint from Ranger?

Any suggestions about removing the ball joint on an 05 Polaris Ranger? It appears to be pressed in and is one sided only. Meaning it has to come out the way it went in. Who makes a tool for it?

Do you have a Polaris dealer close? You could take it by and probably have them press it out for next to nothing

I would try heating the **** out of the aluminum and with the castle nut still on give it a good wack with a fat mini sledge to see if it would pop out
Otherwise a pickle fork and or press is what u need

A ball joint press tool should be able to do that. Just gotta put the right spacers inline, and use an impact to tighten up the C clamp (the vibration helps a ton for moving stuck parts). Adding some heat to the parent material can be helpful, but be careful, you can change the grain structure if you get too carried away with the torch.
