Bought a new winchester 300WSM when they first came out. Had it in the safe for 5 years never shot it. Hunted with a bow instead.Sold it and bought an AR, that has now sat in the safe unfired for 3 years. Still only hunting with bow.Will probably sell the AR and hope fully can stay away from the urge to buy a gun. Unless its maybe a shot gun. So for the last 8 years plus I have only hunted with a bow. Except birds.

I'm with you. I will pick up a rifle the last week of season to get meat if I have to but bow all year for me.

Yup. Not against rifle hunting. Just way prefer the bow.

I thought it was called general season, because generally most people don't wanna sit in a tree. j/k, I've done my share of gun hunting and it definitely has its advantages. I was missing that heated blind a few times this year lol

I love bowhunting and have chose to do that. I prolly set with a gun twice in 6 years

Been bow hunting since 1981, but hunt with a longbow only since 1998. I do kill varmints around the ranch and still hunt waterfowl/dove with a gun. When I get good enough to take dove with a longbow, y'all are sure gonna read all about that!

Haven't carried anything other than a bow for deer or exotics for the last ten years, hogs and yotes are a different story.....

Pretty much bow only for the last 3 years, did carry a rifle to Mexico, never know when you may need to protect yourself.

I have been bow only since I was 16, and I just turned 30. I have nothing against it at all. I just do not NEED the meat, I do not NEED the horns, I just NEED the experience.
