First brisket!!!

Well it's out. And sliced. Lil dry but not bad. Taste is AWSOME. 6 hrs at 225-250 in pit. Let sit in ice chest for 30 min in towel. Very pleased.

I remember my first. Turned out like a brick. Took a few of them to learn 210 is what my pit likes, and an internal brisket temp of 190. It's the method to my madness...
