Question for those that are not technically challenged

So here is my problem.... Whenever I take a picture with my iPhone and upload it to my computer(mac) and then try and upload it to this website it never works. Ive tired emailing the picture to myself also. Any of y'all have this problem or know how to get around it? Thanks!

You have to resize the pic.

First though is the file size. This's site has alimit and some e-mail does.
