    Moon in the East

Headed to work this morning around 4 a.m. & noticed the moon was just over the east horizon . Not sure why it was like that , but it was a neat sight .

Moon usually rises in the East.

Moon follows the same path as the sun.

Well the moon was overhead at 10:03am and will be underfoot at 10:28pm. It's normal for the moon and sun to be up at the same time. That's how you calculate your major and minor feeding period's.
