I spent all day mowing the yard, edging, werd eating, trimming bushes, pulling weeds and watering. Is it odd that I actually enjoy doing all this? To me it is relaxing and I love having a nice looking, freshly manicured landscape. So do you guys also enjoy doing yardwork, our am I alone here? I just can't wait to get a good chunk of land to take care of!!!

This time of year I enjoy it, especially since I boke down and got a riding mower (used to push mow 3/4 acre).
Now come July and August I no likey so much. -

I get laughed at because I really like to hand water with the water hose after all the work is done. My girl just can't wrap her mind around why I would do that when we have a sprinkler system! Now when the skeeters come out, the sprinklers go to work!

I find maintaining my yard to be very theraputic for some reason. (sitting behind a desk 5 days a week probably has something to do with it) I only have an acre - I want a much bigger place but my wife has figured out that if we lived on enough land to require a tractor, she would never see me during daylight hours!Comment
