fingers tingling ......what could it be?

My fingers have been tingling off and on for.several weeks. I work alot with a shovel and shooter with alot of high impacts to my hands. Thinking it might be damaged nerves. Anyone ever experience this? It all started instantly one night. Just curious if I need to get it checked out or let it ride.

Carpal tunnel, sounds like. Had it 11 yrs ago. Went straight to surgery, opted out of all the other stuff. Good as new since.

What vitamins do you take? B6 toxicity can cause this. Do you take a 5 hour energy everyday?

          Height/weight?

Could be one of many things. If you're not opposed to seeing a chiropractor, a simple adjustment might straighten you up and relieve pressure from a disc on a nerve ?

You take Prilosec, nexium, protonix, or aciphex for acid reflux? I had the same problem and those type of medications are PPI's and can cause nerve problems. If you do you might try Zantac twice a day, solved my problem, the PPI's caused me all kinds of problems after I took them for awhile. If not I would say carpal tunnel, or pinched nerves. If it was high blood pressure you would probably feel bad, and have headaches, but check it in case.

Just looked at the Spark. 750% of 2 vitamin b. Really think that could be it?

You can't get a vitamin B6 overdose from food, but taking too many supplements can lead to vitamin B6 toxicity symptoms — learn the side effects here.

Could be. I'm in the process of going through numerous test to see what is suppressing my white blood cell count. Right now it's looking like Animal Pak might be the culprit. Will know on Wensday after another visit to the onocologist.

No prescription meds. I take creatine and protein. No headache or any other problems at all. Think a chiropractor really could help?
