location : Mississippi river levee north of Vicksburg, MS

due to the high rising flood waters, many wild animals have been displaced. it will only get worse as the MS river continues to rise and many floodgates have to be opened to prevent municipalities from flooding.

Cajun, I hunted Giles Island several years ago. It is a 9800 acre island in the middle of the Mississippi River, close to Natchez, Miss.

I was wondering how they were doing.

I once shotgun hunted harry Diamond Labs in Woodbridge VA atop secret base with 400 deer


We were allowed one slug and i opted to wait for a big doe it was does only

i let 136 deer pass under me 137 i shot and drooped it was a 180# Class pound buck that had shed his antler on DEC 9th he was full-of worms Ring worms etc so they made me dump it

giles island is the "shizzel" . truly an amazing paradise .

over 1000 deer located on the island with a one to one ratio.

i've been their twice to film bowhunts for friends of mine.

FYI - the "Bowie" knife got its fame from Giles Island

thx for the picture compliments as I too stare at it all day long. that's why I'm so unproductive at work

i have another avatar picture that is even better than this one IMO.

undecided when I'll change to the new one.... for fear that the TBH natives will go into withdrawl mode when this pic is replaced.
