Anyone sell John Deere parts?

Need some poppin johnny engine related parts for a Model 70 row crop tractor.
Hope to get it running before summer.

Contact Gap Tractor in Cranfils Gap, TX.
We rebuilt several 2 cylinder JD's, an Allis Chalmers WD45 and a few other tractors several years ago with parts from there.
There's also a good tractor graveyard in Taylor. (I've been told, never been there though)
Also, give EBay a try. You'd be surprised how many old parts you can find on there.

Thanks. Yeah, Gap Tractor Parts is a good source for sure. I'll have to buy some new parts too.

Get yourself a copy of tractorhouse magazine and check the last pages. Alot of recycled tractor parts are for sell there.

I just got a new (used) front drive shaft for mine from the place in Taylor. They were the only place that had one.

We've had good luck with all the above listed. We've also used some mail order parts from Steiner Tractor Parts. They've got good stuff at fair prices. Good luck.
