When will spring arrive?

For the 2nd week in a row we are having a day with highs in the 40's, windchills in 20'a most of the day and another hard freeze. Seems April has been more winter like than jan.

I'm going home to build a fire, never thought I'd say that in April!

I welcome it on the Gulf Coast, seems like most years winter is over and before you know it we're at 95 deg until the middle of Sept.

I know it's a bit of pain for you guys up north but don't fret SUMMER will be here soon enough.

I don't know but I am just about sick and tired of this dang cold weather. It needs to either get hot or stay cold and quit being 85 one day and 40 the next.

That it is. I wouldn't be opposed if it were accompanied by a slow cold rain, but it's just cold & windy & that's bad in cotton country too.

I don't understand how anyone could not like the unusual cool - I'm in NO hurry to be working in 100+ temps.

Cool is fine, freezing in April is not. I would really like to plant some maters and such!
