Polenta is cooking and not far from hitting the fridge! What better way to enjoy a day off then a good meal. Peppercorn crusted filet with wine reduction and mushrooms, roasted red pepper polenta cakes, and sauteed green beans.

I don't even know what polenta is. Looks like some of the disgusting cereal that my mom used to feed me when I was little. What exactly is it? I suppose if you use enough peppers you can liven up anything.

I'm down with that meal too! But going a little differet tonight. About to start heating the pan for the filet's. won't be long. Polenta should be set and ready to dump and slice.
