Question about hunting packages on ranches

I see at some hunting packages that say $300 2 day min Is that $300 a day or is that for both days?

Its usually Per Day...Just think of it as Hotel Rates except with Food Included on most hunts..

Why not call the ranch and ask? I have seen it both ways. 300 total, and 300 per day, with the same wording.

Oh ok. I thought you had a place in mind you were asking about. Some places like thompson temple have a total price, and some have day fees like diamond c.

The reason it is worded like that is for a couple reasons.

1st the person running the place is not going to go down their for a single day so he says it will be a two day min so he makes at least $600.

2nd is for the person who might want to hunt 3 days or more. They know how much per day it will cost.

I just googled some here in texas for a ram hunt. I am a newbie to hunting never been to a ranch to hunt so was just.curious about the 2 day min since I am on a budget kinda hard to spend a lot of cash for something I may not kill
