I once submitted an organic chemistry lab manual with "vacuume distillation" misspelled about a half dozen times.

I don't think the professor even read my results. He was too busy marking up my weak attempt at spelling vacuum.

When I was a little kid I did a school report on my favorite band "Iorn Butterfly". I even made a huge poster with Iron spelled wrong. It still haunts me as I have to pause to remember which spelling is correct.

At least I know the difference in "quit" and "quite".

I see it as a success. Microsoft has a think thank that is payed millions to guess how I will mess up a word and correct for me. Well they are losing that battle in a big way.

Necessary gets me everytime. I don't even know if that's how you spell it there. My phone wouldn't recognize it.

Nope, me neither! Thought he was using that word as an example of how autocorrect didn't recognize it either!

I wish they would add an auto correct for everyone that thinks "probably" is spelt "prolly"!

Add a swift kick for whomever it was that started pronouncing inTeresting as inneresting too!
