Checkin camera an almost lost the man card....almost

Went out to my place in Hunt to check my cam that been out since before Christmas. Was pretty happy with the results considering that its only 20 acres. I'm excited to get the feeder running and try and smoke some axis soon.









Now for the man card part......I had just got back in the truck and was looking at pictures when I saw something cross my vision. I thought, must be a bug on my chest........better get it off me. Reach down to get a better look and straighten out my jacket.....wait......what is that?!!!...,..is that a scorpion?!!!!!!...
commence jumping out of my truck and stomping the biggest scorpion I have ever seen into a puddle of goo. I'm sure I squealed like a girl but for my manliness sake I will say I bellowed . I don't know that I have ever been more freaked out. I HATE scorpions and I have seen hundreds of them but this was the biggest one ever. Sorry, no LDP's cause it was just a wet spot of asphalt.
