You need to see if he is right or left eye dominant. That will decide what hand he needs to shoot.

Browning Micro Midas or Micro Adrenaline. I think you can start out with 20-30lb limbs and then upgrade to 30-40 and 40-50. Draw length adjustment is 18-28" without a bow press.
